Truancy Prevention/Turnabout Program

(Program)

Offers a school and home-based placement prevention program that provides services to youth, who have been identified as being chronically truant, and their families. Assists to identify the causes of truancy and seeks to improve attendance while providing children and families with strategies for academic and social success. 

Eligibility: Youth in 6th through 8th grades with chronic truancy and their families
