Environmental Health - Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program

* Provides lead poisoning prevention and education services to children throughout Oneida County.
* Provides home inspections for children with high levels of lead in their blood.
* Offers free home inspections for anyone with concerns of lead in their home.
* Offers home inspections and educational services to pregnant women with elevated blood lead levels.
* Offers community outreach and education for lead safety.
Eligibility: Lead testing and home inspections are available to households with children from birth to age 18.
Application Process: Call for appointment.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for service.
