Child and Family Treatment and Support Services

(Program)

* Provides support services to children and familes coping with mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues. 

Eligibility: Children birth-21 years with Medicaid or Medicaid Eligible with a diagnosis. Call for more information.

Application Process: Referrals made by schools, clinics, parents, counselors, pediatricians. Anyone who is interested in the program can call for more information.

Required Documentation: Application.

Fees: Medicaid.

Oneida, Madison, Herkimer, and Otsego Counties.
