* Responds to individuals in crisis, over the phone or in person.

* Provides mental health engagement, intervention and follow-up support.

* Provides assessment, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, information and referrals, including to community-based mental health services.

Eligibility: Adults, children, and families.

Application Process: Call to connect with immediate support.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.
