Tully Hill Medically Monitored Inpatient Rehabilitation

Provides medically monitored intensive inpatient rehabilitation services and programs for individuals ages 16 and older who are being treated for substance use disorder and no longer in need of detoxification.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 16 years and older with a chemical dependency

Application Process: Call for intake

Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance.
