Men's and Women's Halfway House

(Program)

Offers transitional living for men and women who have completed inpatient rehabilitation services and remain in need of a structured living environment while receiving outpatient treatment services. Provides linkage to educational, vocational, social, and self help-services to promote recovery.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years and older who have a diagnosed substance use disorder
