* Provides a senior center which offers an engaging environment for seniors to socialize in various venues to maintain an independent and healthy life style.

The center provides older adults daily events and activities covering areas such as recreation, educational seminars and workshops, trips, advocacy, and other services.designed to engage seniors in community life avoiding loneliness and isolation.

Eligibility: Ages 50 and up.

Application Process: Call for information and services.

Required Documentation: No documentation initially required.

Fees: Call for fee information.

Primarily the city of Rome and Oneida County. No one will be turned away for being from outside of Oneida County.

Copper City Community Connection is a not-for-profit organization serving the elderly in Oneida County. CCCC provides four distinct programs to its members and the community at large: Exercise classes, wellness programming, a senior center, Healthy IDEAS depression screening and referral, and a social model adult day care program designed for those experiencing memory issues, Alzheimer and/or dementia.
