Provides library services such as book loans, e-books, audio books, movies, summer reading program, public computers, and internet access.

Eligibility: Residents of Herkimer, Madison, and Oneida counties

Application Process: Call or go online for information and services

Required Documentation: To obtain a library card: A current photo ID and proof of address; frequently used types of identification include: current driver's license, automobile registration, National Grid or telephone bill, tax receipt, sheriff's identification, school or college identification card, or bus pass with address

Offers a full range of library services and activities for adults and children in Onondaga County, including books and movies, computer and wi-fi access, story programs for pre-schoolers, youth programs, senior programs, and a summer reading club. Twenty-four hour library access online, including access to databases, and downloadable ebooks and audiobooks.
