New York State Talking Book and Braille Library (TBBL)

Provides a free lending library of a variety of books in braille and audio formats for individuals who are unable to use standard print materials due to visual, physical, or disability. Offers free loan of playback equipment to eligible borrowers. Coordinates downloads of digital audio books with registered borrowers with appropriate electronic devices and provides technical support for those needing assistance with downloading books.

Eligibility: Individuals with visual, physical or reading disabilities
