Pre-School Vision Screenings

(Program)

* Provides free preschool vision screenings to help prevent serious vision impairments through early detection and treatment.

Eligibility: 3-5 years of age.

Application Process: By appointment or walk-in. Call or email for more information.

Required Documentation: CABVI will assist individual to complete all necessary paperwork.

Fees: No fee for services, equipment costs may apply if needed.

Fulton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Northern Otsego and Oneida Counties.

Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) is a not-for-profit agency that serves people who are blind or visually impaired, from newborns to the elderly, generally free of charge. Services offered are comprehensive vision rehabilitation, employment, and technology services personally tailored to meet an individual’s needs.
