Provides free reconstructive surgery for children who have physical deformity caused by birth defects, accidents, abuse or disease. Services include all radiology, anesthesia, pain medication, antibiotics, and follow-up medical care. Coordinates transportation to and from surgery site, arranged by and paid for, on a case by case basis.

Eligibility: Children ages 1 to 17 years of age who have a physical deformity caused by birth defects, accidents, abuse or disease and insurance has denied coverage and/or parents cannot afford cost
