* Provides comprehensive assistance to people of all ages in need of behavioral health support. Staff are trained to help individuals with a variety of mental health conditions. Services include:

Individual Counseling.
Psychiatric Services.
Specialized Group Therapy.
Relationship Counseling.
Play Therapy.
Behavioral Health Case Management.

Eligibility: Must reside in Oneida, Herkimer or Madison counties.

Application Process: By appointment or walk in

Required Documentation: Insurance card, Proof of guardianship/custody (if applicable)

Fees: Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Child & Family Plus Plans and most private insurance. Sliding Scale based on income eligibility.
