- Supervised Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs)
- Family-like setting
- 24 hour staff
- Personal care assistance for bathing, eating, dressing
- Supportive Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs)
- Residents maintain their own apartments
- Competitive Jobs
- Work with staff to pay their own bills
- Monitored medication
- Develop independent living skills
- 24 hour emergency staff support
Eligibility: Individuals with a developmental disability. Age 18 years and older. Medicaid.
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: Social Security Card, Medicaid Card, Medicare Card, Med D Prescription drug card, other insurance information, Guardianship information, Birth Certificate.
