Camp Healing Hearts

Eligibility: Children who have experienced the death of a friend or family member and are entering 1st through 6th grades the September following camp.
Application Process: Call to register.

Fees: $35 per child, $60 maximum per family, scholarships are available; call for details.
Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego counties.
Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes
(Agency)
Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes provides end-of-life care to patients and support for bereaved family members and/or caregivers of patients who have died under Hospice care. Hospice also provides support for non-hospice connected members of the community in need of services.
