Eligibility: Individuals in Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego counties who are grieving a death; not restricted to those who have used Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes

Hospice of Central New York and Hospice of the Finger Lakes provides end-of-life care to patients and support for bereaved family members and/or caregivers of patients who have died under Hospice care. Hospice also provides support for non-hospice connected members of the community in need of services.
