Behavioral Health Clinic - Utica

* Provides "open intake" walk-in service for individuals to come into the clinic during designated hours to start the pre-admission process of receiving behavioral health care services.
Eligibility: None.
Application Process: By appointment or walk-in.
Required Documentation: Insurance information.
Fees: Accepts most third party insurance, self pay based on sliding scale.
Primarily Oneida County, also accept residents of Madison and Herkimer Counties.
