* Provides "open intake" walk-in service for individuals to come into the clinic during designated hours to start the pre-admission process of receiving behavioral health care services.
Eligibility: 5 years of age or older.
Application Process: By appointment or walk-in.
Required Documentation: Insurance information.
Fees: Most third-party insurance. Self pay based on sliding scale.
Oneida and surrounding counties.
