*Provides long-term and intensive short-term rehabilitation done on an inpatient or outpatient basis with services including:
- Aquatic therapy.
- Physical therapy.
- Occupational therapy.
Eligibility: Age 18 years and older.
Application Process: Call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, call for information.
Primarily New York State, no one is turned away.
