Healthy Families Program of Herkimer County

Provide in home services to new and expecting parents in Herkimer County. Family Support Specialists work with families to ensure they raise happy, healthy children that are prepared to enter kindergarten.
Eligibility: Prenatal parents or new parents (within three months of child being born). Referrals from DSS up until child is 2 years old.
