Supervised Visitation Center

(Program)

Offers supervised visitation to court mandated case involving domestic violence or child protective services. Provides education to parents receiving visitation services.

Eligibility: Non-custodial parents and their children who require supervised visitation; one of the parents must reside in Herkimer County

Application Process: Referral from Herkimer County Department of Social Services or Herkimer County Family Court; self-referral available for those experiencing domestic violence and meet income eligibility
