Project Lifesaver

(Program)

*Utilizes a battery powered transmitter that is worn by individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to assist in locating them should they wander.

* ProvidesĀ help from trained officers to locate missing persons who are enrolled in the program.

* Offers monthly follow-up by an officer who will ensure information is current and equipment is working.

Eligibility: Oneida county Residents on 24 hours care.
Individuals of any age who have a tendency to wander.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Monthly service fee of $10.00 to replace battery each month.
