Skilled Nursing Care Services

- Residents participate in occupational, physical and speech therapies when needed and have access to the on-site beauty salon/barber shop, daily leisure activities and outings, and the expertise of the social services staff.
Eligibility: 18 years of age or older.
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: Physician referral.
Fees: Most major insurances plans accepted.
Southern Herkimer, Western Oneida, Northern Otsego and Eastern Fulton and Montgomery Counties.
