WIC Program

* Provides supplemental nutrition, food, and nutrition education.

* Provides trained peer counselors to assist WIC mothers with breastfeeding questions through classes, home visits, support, education and information.

Eligibility: Pregnant, post-partum and breastfeeding women. Children birth to 5 years of age. Must meet income guidelines.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: Proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of income.

Fees: No fee for service.

Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties.
