* Educates on the use of the Pack n' Play cribs in partnership with Mohawk Valley Perinatal Network.
* Distributes Pack n' Play cribs when available.
* Distributes Pack n' Play cribs when available.
Eligibility: Infants and an educational visit is required.
Application Process: By appointment or walk-in.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for service.
