* Provides crisis counseling and short-term assistance to families with children at risk of out of home placement.
- Services are provided in the child's natural environment such as home, school or community.
Eligibility: Ages 5-18.
Application Process: By appointment referred through Herkimer County Department of Mental Health.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for service.
