Provides an emergency shelter for families with/without children, and single women.

Single males not accepted.

Eligibility: Homeless families with/without children and single women

Application Process: Must be referred by the DSS; call for information

Required Documentation: Proof of Identification, proof of income, and homeless verification from DSS

Fees: None

Herkimer and Oneida counties

Provides community-based services and programs to City of Utica residents.
