* Offers comprehensive care for patients of all ages that includes surgical and nonsurgical options for the following orthopedic conditions:
- Total joint replacements of the hip and knee.
- Joint injections.
- Hand and wrist trauma and reconstructive surgery.
- Back and neck pain.
- Spinal disorders and scoliosis; conservative treatment.
- Foot and ankle disorders.
- Shoulder injuries.
- ACL reconstruction.
- Bone fractures.
- Degenerative arthritis.
Eligibility: 6 years of age or older.
Application Process: By appointment.
Required Documentation: Physician referral.
Fees: Most insurances accepted.
