* Conducts laboratory tests to determine the chemical, physical or serological characteristics of the blood or some portion of it. The results may be used as a diagnostic tool for many diseases and conditions.
Eligibility: 6 years of age or older.
Application Process: Walk-in.
Required Documentation: Physician ordered lab request.
Fees: Most insurances accepted.
