Provides advocacy for low and moderate income, elderly, and/or disabled customers who are having difficulty paying their bill. Advocates provide access to National Grid programs and services.

Kristie Alcindor - Albany and Columbia counties
Martani DeRooy - Herkimer and Oneida counties
Victoria Homer -Chenango, Cortland, Madison, and Onondaga counties
Greene Countyis covered by Central Hudson Gas and Electric.
