LIFE at RCIL Youth Services

(Program)

* Provides educational advocacy for students to develop an appropriate special education plan.
* Offers assistance with applications to individuals who are suspected of having a developmental disability with OPWDD eligibility process.
* Offers trainings to students, families of individuals with disabilities, educators, and/or service providers.
* Transition Services - assists students in creating plans for individualized transition services as they prepare for life after high school.

Eligibility: Must be school age.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: Documentation of medical and/or educational limitations may be required.

Fees: No fee for service.

Herkimer and Oneida Counties.
