* Provides children with educational experiences, medical and dental services, nutritional meals, counseling and opportunities for parental involvement to help prepare and succeed in school.

Eligibility: 3-5 years of age.
Must be at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Required Documentation: Proof of income for last 12 months, birth certificate for children, disability documentation (if applicable), SNAP award letter.
