Family Support Services/Recreation Respite Program (DDSO)

Provides developmentally disabled youth with a safe and educational environment after school, on weekends, and during school breaks. Offers guardians/parents/families temporary relief from daily demands and ensure their family member is safe.

 

Eligibility: Low-income youth with documented disability

Application Process: Agency intake and further screening by OPWDD (Office for People with Developmental Disabilities) Front Door Process
