LIFE at RCIL - Adventure Challenge

(Program)

* Offers a summer youth recreation program that builds written language, social, computer, and organizational skills. Program includes trips to or for:

museums
bowling alleys
photography
cooking
farms
forts
zoos
libraries and more

Eligibility: Ages 13-21 years (age varies depending on county).
letter of eligibility from the Office of People with Development Disabilities (OPWDD).
Call for Information.

Application Process: Call to apply.

Required Documentation: Individualized Education Program (IEP), Letter of Eligibility from OPWDD, and most recent LIFE Plan.

Fees: Fees apply for those without a letter of eligibility from the Office of People With Developmental Disabilities. Call for information.
