Care and Share Energy Fund
(Program)
Provides utility gas and electric bill payment assistance.
Eligibility: Applicants must exhaust all sources of HEAP before applying and have an active account with National Grid. This grant is available to residents of upstate counties and can be received once per heating season.
Application Process: Email energy@heartshare.org, call to apply over the phone, or to be connected to a location to apply in person.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Herkimer and Madison Counties.
