* Provides car seat safety checks.
Eligibility: Resident of Madison County. Parent or guardian of the child. Income eligibility applies (e.g. eligible for WIC, Medicaid, SNAP).
Application Process: Call for appointment.
Required Documentation: Proof of address and income.
Fees: No fee for service.
