Safe Sleep for Infants
(Program)
*Provides education to community agencies and the public to reduce the risk of infant death:
- Home visits to families to educate on safe sleep environment.
- Shaken baby reduction methods.
- Provides pack and play for infant up to one year old who does not have a safe sleep space.
Eligibility: Resident of Madison County
Application Process: Call for appointment.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
