Immunization Program

* Provides age-appropriate vaccines to children and adults including flu vaccines.


Clinics are by appointment. Call to schedule an appointment. For a complete list of immunizations provided, visit healthymadisoncounty.org.

If an adult or child does not have health insurance, the Madison County Public Health may be able to provide the vaccine through the New York State Immunization Program or based on a sliding fee scale. Please call in advance of the clinic to discuss options.

Eligibility: Resident of Madison County.

Application Process: Call for an appointment.

Required Documentation: Bring insurance card and shot records.

Fees: Fees vary, call for information. Cash, check, credit card, and some insurances are accepted.
