Medical Transportation Program

(Program)

*Works with RSVP of Oneida County to provide non-emergency medical transportation for individuals who do not have regular transportation.

Eligibility: Resident of Oneida County, age 60 years and older, transportation for ongoing medical needs such as radiation, chemotherapy and physical therapy not available.

Application Process: Call for information, transportation needs to be scheduled in advance of appointment.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Accepts donations.
