Senior Nutrition Program

* Provides a home delivered meal to homebound individuals.
* Provides nutrition counseling and education.
* Provides nutrition counseling and education.
Eligibility: Resident of Oneida County, 60 years of age and older.
Application Process: Call for a referral.
Required Documentation: Proof of income, proof of expenses, proof of address.
Fees: Donations accepted, eligible individuals not refused for inability to pay.
