Social Adult Day Care

(Program)

* Provides socialization, adequate nutrition, and recreational activities in a supervised setting.  Case managers work closely with site coordinators to ensure each participants programming needs are met.  Services available at the following community providers:
  • Copper City Community Connection
  • Lutheran Home, Clinton
  • Resource Center for Independent Living, Utica
  • Presbyterian Home, New Hartford
  • Charles T. Sitrin Home, New Hartford

Eligibility: Resident of Oneida County, 60 years of age and older.

Application Process: Call for a referral.

Required Documentation: Proof of income, proof of expenses, proof of address.

Fees: Sliding scale based on income.
