Bill Payer Program

(Program)

* Assists area seniors to gain control of their finances and maintain their independence.  Home visits made by program volunteers to assist in the process of paying bills on time, organizing billing cycles and budget bank accounts.

Eligibility: Resident of Oneida County, 60 years of age and older, cognitive ability to pass a Mini-Mental State Exam and capable of signing checks for paying bills.

Application Process: Call for a referral.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fees for services.
