Hamilton Village Clerk and Tax Receiver

Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to village residents. Licensing and permits include hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, and dog licenses.

Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Clinton from January through June 30th.  

After June 30th all paperwork goes to the Oneida County Treasurer’s Office.
