Eligibility: Open to students, graduates, parents and grandparents with federal student loan debt seeking forgiveness programs to reduce payments. Those with PRIVATE student loans may use a different helpline 888-669-1064.
Application Process: Call to apply.
Required Documentation: No documentation initially required.
Fees: No fee for advice or consultation. Nominal fees for services if qualified.
