- The program also supports seniors with memory issues with socialization and supervision with an individually designed and tailored plan of care. This structured day program works to maintain an individual's memory and physical health through activities and skill building.
- An essential aspect of the service is the provision of respite for care providers.
- The program has transportation available.
Eligibility: Ages 50 and older.
Application Process: Call for an appointment or walk in. Case Managers may call directly to make referrals.
Required Documentation: Name and care provider will start the enrollment process.
Fees: Private Pay, Oneida County Office for Aging and some Medicaid Long Term Care Providers will cover the cost of this program.
Primarily the city of Rome and Western and Northern Oneida County. No one will be turned away for being from outside of Oneida County.
Copper City Community Connection

Copper City Community Connection is a not-for-profit organization serving the elderly in Oneida County. CCCC provides four distinct programs to its members and the community at large: Exercise classes, wellness programming, a senior center, Healthy IDEAS depression screening and referral, and a social model adult day care program designed for those experiencing memory issues, Alzheimer and/or dementia.
