Child Support Enforcement Unit

Provides custodial parents with assistance in obtaining financial support and medical insurance coverage for their children by locating parents, establishing paternity, establishing support orders, and collecting and distributing child support payments.

Eligibility: Madison County residents with child support agreements.

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services.

Fees: None; child support order amounts vary by case.
