Farmers Market Nutrition Program

* Provides checks to low-income, nutritionally at-risk families enrolled in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and Senior Nutrition Programs. The checks are redeemable for fresh fruits and vegetables at participating farmers' markets.

* Provides a $2.00 incentive check for every $5.00 that is spent using SNAP/EBT card through the FreshConnect program.  These incentive checks are available to veterans, Service members, and their immediate family members at county Veterans Affairs offices on a first come –first served basis.

Eligibility: Enrolled in WIC or Senior Nutrition Programs.

Application Process: Walk in.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Fees vary. Accepts Cash, Debit, EBT, and WIC.

Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties.
