* Assists very low income families, elderly, and the disabled to afford housing in the private market.
* Provides a housing subsidy to the landlord directly on behalf of the participating family, after which the family pays the difference.

Eligibility: Annual income must not exceed amount set by the United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Eligibility for families determined by income, family size and family composition.
Application Process: Call for an application or apply in person.
Required Documentation: Address verification for residency preference.
Fees: Sliding scale (approximately 30% of income) for rent.
