Human Ecology Program

Offers a number of educational programs on nutrition for every age group along with programs that focus on family relations, child development, and parenting. The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program and Eat Smart New York! programs attempt to help individuals and families with limited resources develop improved diets.

Contributes to improving the quality of life through education and empowering volunteers and staff to lead, guide, and teach. Program areas of importance include agriculture, youth development, human ecology, and natural resource management.
