Offers gardening education and information through trained volunteers. Individuals can become a Master Gardener by taking a 10 week course on horticulture.

Contributes to improving the quality of life through education and empowering volunteers and staff to lead, guide, and teach. Program areas of importance include agriculture, youth development, human ecology, and natural resource management.
