* Assistance with fair hearings for those who have been denied benefits.
- A Fair Hearing is a chance for benefits applicants to tell an Administrative Law Judge (from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, Office of Administrative Hearings) why they think a decision about their case made by a local social services agency is wrong.
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
